“Our hostess was terrific. Breakfast was wonderful. Suite was immaculate and well-appointed. We visited another bandb in the area, and Vila Sarisa was so much nicer. Quiet, safe neighbourhood, close to amenities.”

“Initial contact wasn’t good. I contacted the hotel before travelling. Told them would be there at around 03:00. I was told to use intercom. It didn’t work. Apparently I should have been given a code but still wouldn’t have my key. Luckily I had family in Deva. Next morning trying to check in I was shouted at by a very rude desk lady whilst trying to explain. I had no paperwork from Expedia. So had to manually fill out forms.
