Property is located next to the Cascada de la Virgen but very close to the main square and the Cathedral. Facilities are in good condition, lobby and restaurant really nice. Food was excellent and massages in Spa were great! We’ll be staying here next time.

The location of the hotel is excellent: next to hot springs and five minutes walking to the town center. The buildings are old but functional and the rooms are suite type. There are onsite restaurants and many excellent restaurants nearby.

The rooms are outdated. They rooms get muggy and hot during the day. I don’t understand for an expensive hotel for the area don’t even have ac/humidifier . The only thing we like was the staff. They were cordial and helpful.
