The water temperature in the rooms does not regulate well, extremely hot then will go to extremely cold. The area above the city is beautiful, breakfast was excellent, beds are comfortable. You need transportation to get into town.

This place was magical. The views and the service was exceptional. Very modern and clean rooms. Only 5 mins and $5 taxi ride to town.

The view was amazing but it was the staff that made our stay great. They were accommodating, thoughtful, and always helpful. For example, they brought us umbrellas to walk down to our cab without being asked. I would recommend this to everyone I know.

Deluxe Volcan is located up a steep hill about 10 minutes from Banos centre. The views are incredible but it’s important to be aware of the steep drive. The units are well made and functional. Good shower and comfortable bed. However the units/rooms are basic and very cold. Our bath did not work either. Staff were kind and helpful.
