“The pantiles is great for a chilled out relaxed holiday very guite with a nice garden to the rear and the village and surrounding areas are lovely. You have Banham zoo near by and we had an excellent meal at the Garden House pub.we drove to coast one day then shopping to Norwich another day.Will definitely go back again in the future.”

“The bathroom was in a poor start of repair. The side bath panel was water damaged and obviously been treated and then left Showing further damage and falling apart. The bathroom mirror required changing with various black marks across it. The thermostatic controls were really stiff and couldn’t be fully used for both hot and cold. “This property is absolutely unique, a 15th century building restored and updated in a charming way. The staff are all wonderfully friendly and helpful. Our bedroom was spacious, comfortable and the bathroom is luxurious! Thank you for the loveliest stay of our holiday.”

“It started badly when, upon entering the room, there was a smell of cigarette smoke. Clearly, the room should have been decommissioned until it could be properly cleaned and fumigated. As the property operates on an automated basis (the key is retrieved from a key safe with a code supplied by email), there was no receptionist on duty. Luckily, we managed to find a helpful cleaner who was still on the premises, who was able to arrange for an alternative room. Although better, the room did not...
