The hotel was easy to find, being opposite the Railway Station and therefore an easy walk into the city centre. Car parking on site. There was no noise from the road outside and I could see the sea in the distance from my bedroom. Excellent cooked breakfast !

right next to the train station and bus stops, it's very conveniant if you need a place to stay while exploring Snowdonia. The guest was very accommodating for late arrival, too.

The hotel is very dated. Whilst it was actually clean, it looked grimey. I checked in but went straight out, returning late at night. After I returned at night, I noticed that the room only had 1 plug socket, but a 4 gang extention lead was provided. Unfortunately, this didn't work. Therefore anything electrical needed to be plugged into this one socket which was behind the bed. I was unable to make a cup of tea as the only way to boil the kettle was for it to sit on the bed. I reported this in the morning, asking for pot of tea and a pot of porridge to be made. The manageress did this for me but there was no apollogy for the inconvenience. The dinning room also had an extremely large animal cage with a parrot in the corner. How this is acceptable I don't know. Overall my experience was rubbish with no acknowledgement from the management. Really poor.

The rooms were very dusty unfortunately our kettle was sparking at night and didn’t work in the morning but when I spoke to the person at the desk Wendy she offered Tutu a cup of coffee and tea which was very helpful

Did not have wifi in our room and knew about the issue for over a week before we showed up. Didn’t notify us there would be no wifi or else we wouldn’t have stayed there. Also no water pressure and it was like a dribble running out. Couldn’t have a proper shower.

Bed linen and towels not very clean. Lack of plug sockets, tired fixtures and fittings, no light switch near bed. No curtains, just blinds that made little difference. On a positive there was a light outside the window that changed colour so if you weren’t bothered about sleeping you could pretend you were in a disco!

One of the worst experience I have ever had with this property. I wouldn’t recommend anyone booking with them. I booked a room and despite leaving a note on the booking for late arrival no one got in touch with me. When I arrived at the hotel it was closed and no one was there to help. I had to book another accommodation to stay at night. They refused to refund me aswell.
