We picked this for a couple nights of our trip, and we were glad we did! The pool and hot tub were so nice and well kept. The room was comfortable and convenient. Breakfast was good and well kept. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My only SMALL complaint is that there wasn't an ice machine on the first floor, but that was quite minor. We really enjoyed this stay.

This property was perfect for us. It made traveling to Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park easy since it's located near the highway. The staff was extremely helpful in offering recommendations and they were always super friendly, which is a plus! The breakfast was delicious and kudo's to the staff lady who maintains the food. She did an excellent job at keeping the food coming so there was never any wait time. I, especially liked the quiche cups...so good! I would definitely recommend Fairfield Inn by Marriott Bangor.

Enjoyed pool and hot tub, although a sign with directions on turning on jets would have been helpful. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Many large hotels in the area. Close to airport. But not a particularly pretty area of the city. Outdoor seating area was much smaller than pictured and uninviting. I did appreciate the designated smoking area. Room and breakfast standard fare.
