Great view of the pier from our generously sized double room. Staff pleasant and helpful. Hotel has car parking for around 10 cars, there was always a space available for us here. There was also free on street parking nearby but very few spaces available. Lovely 15 min walk up the cliff road to upper Bangor. Probably about a 20 min walk into the main town centre.

I stay here every year and always have a great time. The staff are so helpful and friendly, plus it's a huge bonus being able to get a delicious breakfast (I have a lot of food intolerances so it can be hard to find food). The beds are super comfy and the area is lovely. I look forward to my next stay.

Very friendly staff. Our room was in the main building up more stairs from the entrance. We were on the top floor. He took my suitcase and carried it up 4 flights of stairs. Lovely family room with fantastic views. The bath was wonderful! Complimentary waters daily and biscuits topped up. Rooms can be serviced daily. Weather was very hot outstde - all the rooms were very warm as it’s an old building with no air con. Old building but very well maintained and furnished well. We slept with the window wide open and curtains open. Breakfast was nice but too hot to eat. Option to have egg with the avocado would have been nice but they couldn’t do that. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone who has mobility issues or unable to climb many stairs. They do mention this when booking. I’d stay there again Thank you to all the stagg
