Downtown Bangor is a bit seedy so it was nice to be in Orono. Nice property, clean, large room, helpful staff and good breakfast. A nice touch was the complimentary coffee, ice cream and "soup of the day" in the lobby. Great, moderately priced base to explore the central coast from.

After checking in with a very friendly staff, the first thing I noticed was how amazingly clean the room was. We have traveled quite a bit and seen all kinds of rooms. The cleanliness of the room was first rate. The location was great and the area was quiet. Completely satisfied with our stay.

This is a charming inn in a great location. The extra amenities of soup and coffee in the lounge during the day, as well as the snack boxes to go available at breakfast are very thoughtful. Don't forget the complimentary ice cream bars. The super friendly staff in addition will all make me want to come back here and stay again.
