Trendy loft style property with coffee shop and basic small, clean rooms that are value for money. Comfortable firm beds. About 750 bht per night. 7 min walk to Phra Khanong bts. Small room. Private bathroom, no amenities, just 2 small water bottles daily. Nice towels. Coffee shop doubles as lounge or workspace. 305 was a bit musty smelling.
