From the moment you get off the vehicle you feel welcome, very attentive, everything was spotless even on hall ways and elevators, break fast and bar was amazing and we couldn't appreciate more the staff, absolutely lovely and an amazing stay, also the driver we hired to take us around, was amazing and helpful.

Wonderful stay at Valia. Staff and amenities were excellent. Breakfast was a wonderful spread of food many nationalities. Room was spacious, modern and comfortable. Great view. Good location. Shuttle was easy and very convenient to nearby malls and transportation. Good value. Highly recommended and we'd stay there again.

It was a very beautiful stay, the pool was nothing exciting thought, and at times it didn’t feel always really clean (empty dishes and towels in common areas). But the staff were on it—they treated you like royalty and it was very nice

I stayed for four nights and my room was well appointed. The view left a little to be desired, however, the comfort, the bed, sheets, and little things made it just fine. The location is a little congested but the shuttle made everything very easy. I would like to cite Ms Bam for her exceptional service and ability to make my stay memorable. At no time did I ever really need to ask for anything as it seemed that they were already considered. The property itself is not the latest, most cutting edge. That said, the place has its own charm and definitely proof that a well maintained property is just as nice as a brand new building. I would definitely consider staying there again.

The rooms were really nice and we were able to make a last minute reservation. We paid extra for the breakfast and it was okay but not anything to write home about. Staff were really nice and helpful. We probably wouldn't stay again because we like breakfast to be included in our stays and other places definitely have better breakfast.

Room was functionally and comfortably designed with a large TV. Any help or support that were requested was so prompt and quick. I was really impressed by the attentiveness of the staff. They always went an extra mile to accommodate to your needs. The chocolate station with a variety of chocolate cakes and truffles as a midday snack for the guests were a pleasant treat and a nice touch for the guests. It was a pleasure to stay at Valia Sukhumvit and appreciate the grear hospitality!
