This is very good hotel. Large well appointed and very clean rooms. The lobby is a bit sparse, but checkin is smooth and the staff are very helpful and accommodating. The hotel's location is excellent, wonderful public transportation links, and great shopping/eating nearby.

The location is really good and the place is clean. The building and rooms need some renovation but in the overall you get a good place for the price. The breakfast is fine but there are only 3 dishes you can order and it starts at 8 am, kind of late, so it was not really convenient for us since all tours depart around 7 am.

Absolutely fantastic! Everyone of the staff from the front desk, to the guys helping with luggage, to the women helping clean the rooms were amazing! Everyone was very kind, polite, professional, and helpful! The room was very clean and comfortable. I also loved that the location was conveniently located to some great places to eat, stores with essentials like 7/11, and just a short walk from Lumpini Park, as well as easy access to the BTS. It's also nice and quiet for a good nights sleep. For my first visit to Bangkok, this place was perfect!
