A wonderful and comfortable Christmas holiday at The Ritz-Carlton, Bangkok. Our stay began with the warm smiles of the door team, and the elegant Christmas tree on the ground floor created a lovely first impression. The concierge staff kindly checked in on us throughout our stay, and we truly felt their genuine hospitality. We were very grateful for the thoughtful and warm gestures from the guest relations team, as well as the housekeeping team, who kept our room immaculate and left kind messages each day. At Lily’s, we enjoyed delicious breakfasts every morning. The friendly smiles, pleasant conversations, and the warm message on our final day made our time there especially memorable. While the hotel’s design and facilities are beautiful, it is the charming smiles of the staff that truly make this place special. Thank you sincerely to all associates involved in our stay. Our stay at this hotel was simply outstanding. Even though the property already holds an almost perfect ranking, both the hotel itself and especially the Club Lounge staff managed to exceed all expectations. Overall lovely stay

The hotel is new, location wise amazing views of Lumphini park. Also it’s next to One Bangkok so it’s convenient. Breakfast was very good with wide variety. Service could be improved as it was busy at times and they seem to be overwhelmed, but I think with time will get better. Overall would recommend this hotel.

Great place

Great new hotel. Top class hospitality from every member of staff everywhere. Welcome guys - helpfull and always in great mood, very profesional concierge team, reception best welcome ever - forgot the name of our lady host, she was excelent and very profesional trully dedicated, top 3 breakfast world wide congratukation to chef and his team in the kitchen and serving staff, all very well qualified, hope to be back.

Brand new Hotel - not all facilities open yet. Elegant and fresh interior. Pool water far too cold.
