We absolutely LOVED our stay at The Okura Prestige Bangkok! From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff were top-notch and professional, making us feel welcome and cared for. The breakfast was hands down the best we have ever experienced at any property—an incredible variety of options paired with attentive staff who made the entire experience a true 10/10. The pool was stunning with a fantastic view, the perfect spot to relax and take in the city. The hotel’s location was excellent, very walkable to plenty of local attractions and shopping. We weee recognized as VIP members and got the the corner room which had a stunning view. I made an error at the time of booking and booked one room instead of two. Despite the mix up and hotel being full, it was late evening and the staff really helped find us a second room on the same floor! That’s great service. Breakfast was amazing. Staff abs arrive great. I booked a deluxe suite and was upgraded to a prestige suite with an earlier check in than 3.00pm. The suite was comfortable and spacious and like all Okura rooms had Japanese green tea in the room. For two days of my stay I went for the Japanese breakfast which was really good and a change from the normal buffet breakfasts at most hotels. The staff in all areas and especially the club lounge are very friendly and helpful. Whilst the hotel does have a business centre with access to computers you have to prebook this with reservations instead of using your room card for access. Overall another great stay and I will definately return in the future.

A fabulous city hotel with style, space and a well apoonted room. A very comfortable bed along with a relaxing and large bathroom, together sith amazing city views. The club room offers a great selection of food Md alcohol bveridges. The hotel service at every level is outstanding.
