The hotel is very nice. Clean and well kept. The rooms are pretty spacious and we got our VIP upgrade. The buffet breakfast is very good with very many choices. The food in the lounge level was also pretty good with lots of choices. The gym is spacious and well appointed. Would definitely Stay here again.

Excellent location, friendly staff, hotel room seems ‘aged’, especially the toilet, could use some renovation but overall was clean and bed was very comfortable. This hotel is good but not exceptional to me. International breakfast buffet was very traditional and not disappointing. I think its location is what making this hotel exceptional as it is close to everywhere and BTS station is right by the door.

Fantastic hotel in a great location, with a beautiful ambience and top-notch amenities. The property is impeccably clean and the overall vibe is excellent. However, the breakfast was a disappointment for a five-star international standard. The food was average, fruit options were very limited, and there was a complete lack of customized options. The service at breakfast also fell short, as they weren't able to cater to specific requests. Great stay overall, but the morning dining experience definitely needs an upgrade to match the rest of the hotel’s high standards.

My second time staying at the Okura Prestige in Bangkok. I have enjoyed my stay here both times. I don’t think I can stay at any other property after the treatment that I have received at the Okura. The rooms are spacious and clean. packed with amenities and perks. Service is impeccable from bell to housekeeping, front desk to restaurant. Breakfast has plenty of options and is always delicious. Special recognition goes to the concierge. Mr. Bon at the concierge desk went above and beyond in arranging a special flower bouquet to be prepared at a local florist and delivered to the restaurant we were having dinner at across town for a special occasion. I will always be a loyal patron as a result. Highly recommend and cannot wait for my next stay at the Okura Prestige.
