Very good stay, rooms are clean and relatively spacious, with small living room. Excellent restaurant and very reasonably priced. Free breakfast choice of "English" breakfast or Thai (very tasty!).Nice swimming pool, the staff is super friendly and helpful. Very easy access to the rest of the city by MRT. Overall very recommended.

Nice room let down by appalling management An incident occurred where housekeeping accidentally threw away some belongings which contained some valuable items. I approached the elderly manager on the front desk and told him that a bag had gone missing in the room, however I immediately felt dismissed and he didn't seem concerned. He wasn't counting on my fierce Thai girlfriend approaching him and asking for him to check the CCTV footage which he refused to do. We managed to find a kinder staff member later on who reviewed the CCTV footage which revealed that housekeeping had indeed removed the bag from the room and threw it away. The manager still refused to take responsibility for this action and instead placed the blame on us for placing the bag beside the bin. To us, the bag did not look like rubbish as it contained a separate Uniqlo bag with brand new items of clothing as well as an unopened vinyl record which I painstakingly transported from the UK as a gift for my girlfriend. It is also not expected for housekeeping to throw away items that are not even placed in the bin. This obviously upset my girlfriend who quite rightly tried to make the manager accountable for the hotel's actions. He was incredibly arrogant and rude towards us which resulted in a full-on shouting match in the front lobby between him and my girlfriend. It was quite shocking and hugely unprofessional behaviour. Luckily, the incident was reported to the owner of the hotel who provided a refund.

À notre arrivée à la chambre une des fenêtre était entrouverte. Une des air conditionné (cuisine salon) ne fonctionnait pas et avait un message d’erreur. Nous avons dû tuer trois cafards dans la chambre. La chambre et le lobby sont remplis de moustiques (maringouin). L’hôtel vous remet seulement une carte pour la chambre et pas possible d’en avoir une deuxième, ( donc on dois toujours être ensemble à chaque sortie de la chambre). ———————————————- When we arrived at the room, one of the windows was ajar. One of the air conditioners (kitchen living room) did not work and had an error message. We had to kill three cockroaches in the room. The room and lobby are filled with mosquitoes (maringouin). The hotel only gives you a card for the room and it is not possible to have a second one, (so we must always be together every time we leave the room).

プールが良いのですがビーチベッドが密接して4台しか無いのでプールサイドでくつろぐのが少し難しかったです。 コザクラインコが沢山いて可愛かったです。 少し歩きますがBicCにも行けるし、セントラルやユニオンモールも歩いて行けます。 私達はチャトチャック公園の北側で自転車を借りてサイクリングしたのが気持ち良かったです。

今回自分はユニオンモールの近くに泊まりたくてこちらにお世話になりました 海外でルームキーなくすの怖いので預けてもいいかと聞いた時も心良くokしてくれたし(日本でも無くした事はありません)自分が遅くなっても待たせてる気がして持って出掛けるようにしました。ホテルの方もとても親切でお世話になりました
