Staff was friendly and its very convenient to have a 711 and salon and spa down stairs but the wifi doesnt reach the higher floors, the emegency doors at least in my floor was always left open so anyone could access from outside and it was then getting rain inside. Wasnt terribly clean but shower was hot. A bit over priced considering but safe and well enough for a short stay

What a wonderful surprise ! Clean, comfortable, quiet with a fantastic location/ The staff was wonderful. The breakfast buffet was above what I experienced at some of the other hotels I stayed in around Bangkok/ Great value for money. Thank you Khun issaraporn and staff for a prefect stay !

Live with the locals

First room I got was very noisy because of heavy traffics on Sathorn road. Good thing they immediately let me changed to a different room upon request. 2nd room still had some traffic noises, but it was liveable. Smelled electrical burn when I turned on the TV. After I turned it off, smell went away within minutes. I like the clean restroom, clean sheets, pillows. It does not look like a hotel.

I’ve stayed at this property back in 2017 and in previous years to that and prior to that back when this property was named Chaydon Sathorn. The hotel is not very outdated and is very dirty. There is mold in the bathroom and lots of mildew. The floors are very dirty in the hotel so bring slippers if you decide to stay here. Checked right out after less than 3 hours of being there. I still give it to the hotel that it’s a safe and convenient location and with 7/11 being just right downstairs it’s very convenient. The nail salon and massage spot downstairs are still legit as I remember it being. The staff are trained correctly and are very kind, but over all the hotel needs to be completely re renovated!

This was probably the most disgustingly dirty hotel I’ve stayed at in my life. It would get a zero stars if I could. The bugs in the garbage can that scurried under my bed when I pulled out the bag to sit outside after they didn’t clean our room. The crackling light that sounded like it was going to start on fire yet wouldn’t turn on. The leaking sink tap. The hole is the wall. No screens. Actual dirt and food on bed skirt and walls. The dirty cups that were wrapped as if clean. The dust bunnies hanging off the AC and shelves. The card needed to stay in the door to leave electricity on yet the electricity stayed on half the time so we never knew if our refrigerated food would stay cool. The rainfall showerhead didn’t work. I also felt really bad for the lady that came to run on the treadmill while my daughter and I were in the gym. The treadmill was so loud she was embarrassed to run and ended up leaving to run outside instead. However, the neighborhood felt very safe although it was in one of the busiest streets in Bangkok. I’m pretty sure a few of the ladies that sat around in the parking lot were working girls. Bike parking was safe and convenient. And the elevator smelled amazing.

I smoked on the balcony and since there is no ashtray on the balcony I used a empty pet -bottle. Next day they made a picture of the bottle and tried to fine me 5000 THB for smoking in the room which I didn't. 3 hotel stuff knocked on the door when I had shower. Due to that the flooring went wet and I twisted my knee. Luckily the last day of my stay because I got serious injured. Cleaning stuff is the slowest what I have seen in my live. The beds are a joke.

Strange experience, the owner claimed they did not receive the payment from Hotels.com. At the end the owner was nice and offered free breakfast. Apparently, she let us go claiming she checked with Hotels.com and they confirmed I did not pay - yet I had a proof the money was deducted from my account. Weird!

Pictures do not tell the truth

The hotel has seen better days. Pictures do not show reality. We were give an acceptable room after refusing the first two shown. Whole property needs a thorough cleaning. Staff were good. We had to ask for cleaning the room, coffee, towels etc, even though we left the "room make up" request sign on the door, and they promptly provided. Breakfast offered is basic, but you can ask for something different if available. Some nights the lights outside the room were turned off leaving the hallway in total darkness. Good restaurants etc a 15 minute walk at least, and so were the Metro and BTS stations. 7-11 on the ground floor was very convenient. Only two areas where you can cross Sathorn rd, one just north of the hotel and a bridge about 3 blocks south.

Noi abbiamo fatto tre notti, la camera è stata pulita il giorno dopo, il secondo giorno hanno dimenticato di mettere il necessario per il bere e per il bagno e l'ultimo giorno non hanno pulito nuovamente la camera. La colazione bene le prime due mattine, la terza mattina metà self service era vuoto.

Superior værelse

De ene af personalet, om angiveligt har været der i 30 år (hun er nok ikke på vej videre) er enormt fjendtlig og uhjælpsom. Resterende personale er helt normalt og venligt. Tjek ind proceduren er ret ustruktureret. Morgenmad er rigtig god, hvis man kan lide thai morgenmad som æg og risgrød og frugt. Superior værelse er rigtigt fint og rummeligt. Godt badeværelse. Gulvet er mærkeligt klistret. Både på grund af gulvtypen men det fremstår også urent. Måske kan det ikke gøres ordentligt rent.

Dirty and overall a bad experience

Vi bestilte premium rommet som skulle være bedre og med både vindu og air conditioning. Hotellrommet var veldig skittent og det var dårlig luft. Det var flekker på gulv, håndkler, laken og puter. Det var feil på dusjen slik at den hadde plutselig kjempevarmt vann og så sterkt trykk at det var smertefullt å dusje. Det var hull i laken og dyne, og sengene var ekstremt harde. Wifi var veldig dårlig. Det var ikke mulig å se på TikTok eller YouTube med wifi. Hotellet var billig, så kan vel ikke forvente så mye mer.

トイレの水が流れない。(タンクに水が溜まらない。) エアコンが壊れていて、3分も動かすと大きな異音がしてずっと付けていられない。 枕カバーが汚れていた。 (ソンクラーンの最中だったせいか？)一階のコンビニ前で若者が夜中3時過ぎまで騒いでいてうるさかった。
