This hotel is on a perfect location. 3 minute walk from the Terminal 21 Asok BTS Train station. My wife and I had a great time there and we’ll be back. The hotel staff was exceptionally attentive to all of our requests and were even very helpful at recommending us places of interest in Bangkok to visit. The following staff ladies were simply outstanding making us feel welcome and comfortable during our stay: Dokmai, Maple, Karina and Daisy.

Such a great stay at this hotel. Staff was super friendly and helpful. They even let us check in early with our international arrival. The pool and gym are such a good bonus. The rooms/beds were comfy and breakfast was delicious. Also conveniently located next to the BTS and the mall Terminal 21.

The hotel was lovely with some very nice features. Boutique style hotel with a great roof top pool. Our room wasn't massive and did not have any great views of the city but we did enjoy all the little touches they provided in the room. It was clean and tidy. Hotel reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is situated very near to shopping centre and train station making it easy to travel around.

This IS a 5 star hotel, actually. Rooms are very clean and modern, all facilities work properly. The shower is big and so refreshing. The beds are super comfy ... deep sleep every night. Staff are so helpful and friendly, and speak English very well. About 5 minutes walk to Asok BTS station - SO convenient. And super near shopping and eating areas. Highly recommended. It's the best value for your money. Will definitely stay here again.

Great location and friendly staff. I always enjoy staying at The Coach when visiting the lower Sukhumvit area. Close to the Asoke BTS, Terminal 21 and Benjakitti Park. The Abandoned Mansion also provides a relaxing evening with creative drink options. Perfect!

Boutique hotel with a good location. Queen size bed is good for sleep. Although it is a boutique hotel, it still has gym room and roof top swimming pool. Only the weakness point is the sprinkler, overall it is a reasonable hotel with a good location

Great stay at The Coach

Many thanks to the wonderful staff at the hotel for making our stay so pleasant and enjoyable. A sincere thank-you to all the ladies at the reception (in particular Milky and Coco) for being so kind! The amenities at the hotel are great and the bar downstairs is super swanky for such a small establishment! Bravo!

Good location, good staff at good price

The hotel staff is very friendly and the location is convenient. Just the air condition is not so good as sometime I smelt the bad air since during my stay, the air quality in Bangkok was really polluted with over pm2.5 warning. Overall, I enjoyed my stay in the Coach Hotel Sukhumvit Asok BTS Bangkok.

Great location

We spent 3 nights in this hotel. The room was clean with a modern style. The closet organizer was a bit small for two persons. The main advantage of this hotel is its location, just a few walk from Terminal 21 mall and the BTS station. The second benefit is its underground restaurant called “Abandoned mention”, the experience is truly worth a look. Overall our experience was great, it’s a good value for those who are looking for a comfortable hotel well located.

3 days I stayed with the same towers-no changing The gym was super small Almost no internet to my room and no TV programs.I might be unlucky as I was on the 8 floor Other than that was good . Also the music was really nice on the roof
