Our stay wa short but amazing. The reception staff were so helpful, very pleasant and glad that they speak English, especially NU, she is very helpful and knowledgeable about answers to our questions. The breakfast was good too, the restaurant clean and tidy.

It's a 3* hotel, and you get a 3* experience. It's perfect as somewhere to put your head down. It's clean, comfortable, close to points of interest, staff are friendly, has WiFi, and the aircon works. It doesnt do anything more than that, and that's their market. I had a good time staying there, and would recommend others to do the same as long as they have clear expectations.

Poor staff

We stayed there for a week and initially didn’t include breakfast, but added it later. One day, while we were in the dining area, a staff member publicly confronted us, shouting that we needed to pay first, which was very embarrassing. The next morning, one of us had an early breakfast, and they repeatedly called our room every half hour to demand payment. We explained that we were staying for a week and had already provided a security deposit, so there was no need to treat us as if we were stealing. Additionally, while they did change the sheets, the replacements always had stains. Overall, the staff were not friendly but came across as overly greedy and unprofessional.
