There was a lovely cafe downstairs that had coffee drinks and food, the rooms were lovely and comfortable. There is still some construction but we didn't hear them much.

Clean room, comfy beds, great location to main attractions (grand palace, Khao San road etc), and friendly staff. Only downside was that the curtains did not block any light so the room was quite bright in the mornings.

The location was great for walking old Bangkok and seeing sites. The on-site café Maile Brew and Chill not associated with the hotel was excellent and reasonable. The room was large and the bed comfortable. The staff was kind and helpful. Housekeeping cleaned the room well. The AC was good and the tv had streanubg options, bring your account b info Netflix, Disney, etc.. They are doing a renovation so there was noise and dust during the day but if you are out no problem. I was concerned about using the sofa in my room as the signage made it clear I'd be charged if there was damages even accidental soiling. They did have Housekeeping check my room at check out. I would stay there again.

Good size room. Excellent cleaning staff. Shower doesn’t have a curtain causing water to splash all over. Under renovation which may last for another year. Lacks tourist information brochures.

Affordable and convenient

A really good choice for those who want to explore Bangkok and do day trips. It is within 30 minutes walking distance to a range of key tourist attractions and importantly Khao San Road with it's eating places and day trip options is only 15 min walking. The hotel is located in a quiet road despite all of this allowing peaceful sleeping. The rooms were very clean and WiFi was super fast. Further more we received a bottle of water per person for every day that we stayed which was an added touch. The hotel's decor may not be top notch but for the location and convenience you are getting good value.

Very friendly staff! There are many amenities within feet of the hotel lobby. (Massage studio, coffee shop, restaurants). They also have free luggage storage! You can get the room's TV and A/C remotes up at the front desk. Close enough to take a 30oz j minute walk to the Grand Palace or Reclining Buddha. Would recommend to the budget traveler.

Great location near many of the key tourist spots while still being on a quieter side street. For a low price, we got a large room, private balcony, smart tv, air conditioning, and easy access to everywhere we needed. Laundry machine on the main floor, and there's a small cafe and sitting area out front. Only downside was shower was not hot. We ended up extending our booking to stay in the area a few more days.
