Somerset Maison Asoke is overall very pleasant to stay. The room is big and clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Shuttle is almost always available immediately. The location is very central and there is 7 eleven opposite.

I stayed for three nights from July 24 to 27 for work. This is my third stay at this hotel. During check-in, the explanations and procedures were in English, but they spoke in a way that was easy to understand, using gestures and a slow pace, so I was able to follow along even as a Japanese person. The room was well-cleaned, and both the shower and toilet were clean as well. It was also helpful that the toilet was made in Japan and had shower functions. In other hotels, sometimes the shower hot water is hard to come by or there are leaks, but here I didn't have to worry about that. However, it was unfortunate that the glass in the shower area is small, causing the changing area and foot mat to get wet. The air conditioning was very comfortable, and the sound was quiet with no issues. They even provided detergent along with the washing machine, which allowed me to wash my underwear and undergarments. The washing machine was kept clean, and there were no unpleasant odors at all. The kitchen and cooking utensils were well-equipped and considerate for long stays. It is also convenient that it is close to a station and shopping center, and there is a convenience store just seconds away from the hotel. This is a really wonderful hotel. I would like to use it again when I stay in Bangkok next time.

Staff service was excellent. Location was great. Hygiene need to be improved. Checked in with room floor still has bunch of hair under writing desk. Bed linen presents little strands of hair and long hair under linen.
