PROS: The room and the staff were fantastic. Definitely worth the price. CONS; The pool wasn't cleaned and the pumps didn't run the entire time we stayed. There was leaves and pollen just sitting on the water and the bottom of the pool. If the pumps and skimmers had been running the same leaves wouldn't be in the same spot the following day like they were. The grounds of the hotel were clean, but as soon as you leave the property it is surrounded by homeless and the street reeks of urine. I understand that isn't the hotels fault but it would have definitely changed my mind if I had known beforehand.

Great staff and location

Very helpfull staff. Excellent breakfast with real coffee. Quiet location near tourist attractions but a bit difficult to find occidental restaurants nearby. Too few chairs around the pool but great terasse on the roof. Overall a very great stay.

Great location within walking distance to the Grand Palace, Khaosan Road and Wat Phra Chetuphon. As stated in other reviews, the neighborhood in the surrounding block is not the best, however it never felt unsafe. The entrance to the hotel is also a little odd as it is from an alley (causing confusion for taxi drivers) and you enter through the garage. However, once inside, the hotel is very nice. Super friendly and helpful staff, clean and nice rooms and excellent breakfast.

Nice small heritage building lovely room but limited in amenities. basic bathroom and breakfast. you can take a bike to tour the area which is cool. the immediate neighbourhood area is a bit seedy at night but it is a short walk to the museums and Palace complex and the khaosan is 10 minutes walk (far enough not to hear the racket at night)

This hotels pictures and ratings did not align with the experience. We chose it to be close to grand palace hit after walking out in the evening the first night and observing drivers, homeless and a woman peeing on the street we decided not to walk and take cabs from the hotel. Would’ve been better off choosing a nicer place further away. The neighborhood was very uncomfortable. The photos on hotels.con are very deceiving — the place is rundown, small, and the bathroom smelled bad as it picked up fumes from trash collection next door. The lobby is very run down with a makeshift table set up for check in. The “city view” advertised was a window into an overgrown lot outside a window full of pigeon poop. Would not recommend to anyone.

Les chambres sont propres et grandes avec mini bar ce qui permet de mettre des boissons fraîche. Le personnel est très accueillant avec le sens du service client. La piscine est un plus. Les terrasses sur le toit permettent d'avoir des vues sur Bangkok L'emplacement de hôtel est parfait environ 10 minutes du palais, temple du bouddha coucher et de kaosan road.
