Excellent value hotel for its price. Bed was comfortable. Location is good enough with lots of food choices nearby. 450me from sala daeng BTS station. Would book again.

It is close to downtown but in a quiet environment for a good night's rest. Not a new facility, but a reasonably sized hottel with a great resort-like ground floor pool. I would stay there again next time.

Perfect location, pool and amazing friendly staff. Came here 4 years ago and now it's the only place I'll stay in BKK. Will be booking again for when I return to BKK from Chiang Mai in 5 days. Easy access to BTS and Metro lines.

The Serene was a very nice property, with friendly and helpful staff in a great location with everything you need within walking distance. Public transport was close by. Only issue I had was having to change rooms due to a very unpleasant odor from the AC system; second room was fine. Note: use the ‘Clean My Room’ card or it may not happen in a timely fashion.

The bed was hard and the pillows were not adjustable because the filling was too stuffed, so my neck hurt. I couldn't sleep at all. The only good point is location. Maybe this hotel is more for men. I don't think it's suitable for women who want to have a wonderful trip. Thank you.
