Great place to stay near food and nightlife in Silom. Great breakfast and clean rooms and public areas. Most comfortavle bed and bedding on entire trip. Will stay here again.

I recently stayed at Silom Serene and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel's location is excellent, just a short walk from both the BTS and MRT, making it very convenient for getting around Bangkok. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, convenience stores, and shopping options nearby, yet the hotel itself feels peaceful and tucked away from the busy main road. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast offered a good variety and was a nice way to start the day. My only minor drawback was that the walls between rooms were not particularly soundproof, so I could occasionally hear noise from neighbouring rooms. Even so, it didn't detract too much from my stay. Overall, I found Silom Serene to be good value for money and would happily consider staying there again on a future visit to Bangkok.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at Silom Serene. The hotel staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The service throughout my stay was excellent, and I appreciated their professionalism and hospitality. There were, however, a few areas that could be be improved. The walls seem quite thin, so I could hear doors from neighbouring rooms closing, and if your room faces the main road, traffic noise at night can be quite noticeable and may disturb light sleepers. On one morning, the breakfast experience was disappointing. Several dishes were left empty and were only replenished after guests informed the staff, meaning fresh food was not readily available. In addition, used plates sometimes remained on tables for 15 minutes or longer before being cleared. With improvements to sound insulation and breakfast service, the overall guest experience would be much better.

Staff are incredibly helpful and welcoming. The room we stayed in was nice and cozy and had everything we needed. Beds are a little hard but we got used to it. Breakfast is excellent with a range of western and eastern options. Location is excellent and right near train stations, buses and several shopping centres. Will probably stay here again next time 😊

Conveniently located hotel near the skytrain. Many shops, restaurants in the area and short train ride to the bigger malls. All the staff at the hotel are very nice. Have stayed here twice and will stay in the future.
