We first stayed at the hotel two years ago and came back on our return to Bangkok this year! The hotel is fantastic! Best I’ve stayed in! Staff can’t do more for you and very accommodating! The room had windows that open for fresh air and a nice little balcony. The staff were all very friendly and helpful especially a gentleman named “Game” who operates the shuttle service and works at the front. Breakfast spread was more than enough and the sauna/onsen was a dream. Amazing.

My room was at high floor but facing nearby condo, very close. Happy to have onsen facility but service ends at 10pm, 9pm is last slot. A bit early. Breadfast was western and thai style with mini sushi bar. So far so good. Since the bed is comfortable and clean, we give 4*.

I was very much looking forward to staying here this time. As other comments have said, the rooms are clean and spacious. They are equipped with a washing machine, microwave, and other cooking utensils, which is good for mid- to long-term stays. It was quiet and I was able to sleep soundly without hearing noises from the room next door, walking down the hallway, etc. The breakfast was very good and I liked the well-balanced selection of elements from various countries such as Asian, European, Thai, and Japanese. The front desk staff and cloakroom staff were very helpful. I would like to stay there again.

After a not pleasant experience with my previous hotel decided to leave and for the last days stay in a better hotel. That was one of the best decisions in my Thailand’s trip. The room was AMAZING with whatever you can imagine inside. The pool, spa and perfect beautiful gym. The view of my room in 17ty was perfect and it was close to everything. Do recommend whoever want to have a great time to check this hotel out

Nice hotel - but you can find better ones in BKK

The area was super nice, a lot of restaurants and shopping opportunities around - the hotel is near the metro. The room itself was nice, but when I arrived not really clean (hair in the shower, some stains), after calling they fixed it. Overall the hotel is nice, but I think for this price you will find sth better in Bangkok. I ordered high speed internet which did not work (was still super slow) and I was charged for it.
