Fantastic stay, lovely rooms and great service. We stayed in the Kreungthep wing which is a loooonnng walk from the shangri la wing main lobby but much closer to BtS and boat shuttles. Also it has its own pool and taxis come to that entrance also. One of my favourite places to stay in all of bangkok for convenience and service. Cant beat the location

What is there not to say! Our stay was absolutely amazing. Room service tasted like a fixe star restaurant and the amenities were next level. The beauty and joy in each staff member made this my best vacation experience. I will definitely be back!
