We are a family of 5 and booked two rooms, the hotel staff were amazing. The hotel was super clean and located in a fantastic place to get to Icon Siam and also the river boats for accessing the various areas for seeing all of the interesting sites on offer in the city. The pool area was clean and the kids enjoyed a bit of downtime after busy days exploring the city. We would book again in a heartbeat and would recommend this hotel to anyone. The hotel provides a free tuc-tuc service for short journeys close to the hotel which was really handy. It’s worth a special mention that the staff made all of us feel incredibly welcome every time we entered or left the reception area. Thank you for a great stay.

Saan Hotel is the first one of the trip too Thailand and it has the Best staff who are kind warm and genuine Good rooms with great amenities Had problems with A/C noise when wanting sleep setting In room which didn’t help with Jet Lag at all Staff a great plus though!

The staff at this hotel is amazing. They are always happy to see us and are very accommodating. Our room was clean and comfortable with slippers and robes and daily housekeeping if desired. I got a splinter in my finger and the young lady at the desk, got it out for me and treated it with antiseptic. The driver took us to a laundry service and picked it up and delivered it to us. Everyone who works in this place has a smile on their face every day. We can’t wait to come back.
