Stayed here for a full week with kids and family, there are plenty to do at and around the hotel. The gym is awesome, probably the best hotel gym that I’ve been to. The pool was nice and big for children. The location is removed from town, but easy enough to GRAB a taxi into the city(200-300 baht). It’s a good compromise for peace/quiet and resort style accommodation.

Unsecure WIFI

I was very disappointed to find that the hotel's Wi-Fi network is now completely open — no password, no login required. This poses a serious security risk, and my company's IT department has advised me not to connect my work devices to such an unsecured network. I have stayed at this hotel over 200 times in the past and have always needed to log in to access the internet, which offered a basic level of security. Unfortunately, this recent change means I will now need to look for a new business hotel in the area that offers a more secure and reliable internet access.

Good basic hotel stay

Simple and good value hotel stay. Many rooms in hotel They have a purifier/humidifier in room and this helps a lot! Room is clean. But access to street shops not so convenient. Not sure if its due to covid effects cos street was quiet and dark.

Noisy room at front of hotel

I have stayed hear for business for over 12 years and more than 200 nights. I have always been given a broom at the back of the Hotel above the pool. For some reason I was given a room at the front of the Hotel which is very noisy due to the freeway. I could not change rooms because non were available. The bed was very hard.

Disappointing

I stayed only three nights. One night had a function above my room. The music was loud and no restaurants were open for dinner. The area in not suitable for walking out at night. So we had no dinner.

I like this hotel, but it has some problems. The AC in my living room was perfect, but it was defective in my bedroom. I complained many times about this, electricians came to the room, and it never made any difference. The room also had a moldy smell in it due to the inadequate AC. A second problem was the steam room. Every day, I asked the staff to turn it on and make it hot, but every time i showed up to use it, the steam room was never hot, and I was told to wait an hour for it to heat up. That was ridiculously unprofessional. On the plus side, the breakfast buffet here is awesome. Amazing to get such a buffet for the price.

Disappointing - is very worn down.

The hotel seems old and worn down. It's not like in the photos at all. Pool was closed off, halways, room, bathroom is very old and worn down. They have a good coffee shop though in the lobby, which has much better coffee than in the restaurant. Breakfast was so-so. All in all I'd call it a 3* hotel more than a 4*. The staff was very nice and friendly and gave a good service!
