The hotel and the people who work there are wonderful. The staff is kind and helpful. The room was really beautiful and the bed was huge and so nice and comfortable. The lighting in the room was just okay and in the bathroom, you couldn't even see yourself in the mirror. Things were clean, and the price was reasonable.

S31 is my home away from home when I visit Bangkok. I visit it several times a year when I`m in the city on business and always have very pleasant stay. The hotel is conveniently located in the Em District in the vicinity of three large malls and plenty of options for dining as well as entertainment. The BTS train station is only a few minutes away (and you can even get a shuttle from hotel there if you don`t care to walk in heat) for convenient connection to the rest of this beautiful city. The whole staff at the hotel is always very courteous and friendly and I would especially like to mention Athithiya, who is currently at the Glass House restaurant and always treated me with utmost kindness. The rooms offer a great value for price and I tend to stay in duplex room, which are very spacious and completely satisfactory. The gym is started to show some use, but enough to more than cover the basic needs. All in all, the fact that I have stayed at the hotel 6-7 times is the best reflection how comfortable and positive my experience with S31 has been.

S31 Sukhumvit exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful — nothing was ever too much trouble. They went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and memorable. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-appointed, offering a peaceful retreat after busy days out. Everything worked perfectly and the attention to detail throughout the property really stood out. A special mention has to go to the breakfast, which was absolutely amazing. The variety and quality were outstanding, with fresh options and delicious dishes to suit every taste. It was the perfect way to start each morning and easily one of the highlights of my stay. The location was convenient and the overall atmosphere was relaxed yet professional. I couldn’t fault a single thing during my time here. I would highly recommend S31 to anyone visiting Bangkok, whether for business or leisure. I can’t wait to return on my next trip.
