If only they had a softer, comfortable bed.

The hotel is nice BUT the location is not convenient to tour the city. And the bed was terrible!!!!!!! My back hurt every morning. I constantly had to get comfortable during the night.

The staff were amazing. The inside of the hotel was nice. The hotel room was bigger than expected. It had a sink, good size fridge, table and chairs, big bed (too hard for my liking). The bathroom was the only downside. The toilet took multiple flushes or had to hold it for a long time. When showering, you either get cold water or hot water. No warm water, so that made it a struggle. The balcony view was nice. The cleaning staff did a great job. The parking structure was very tight but manageable. 7/11 was 1-2minutes away, walking. So that was a huge plus.

Though a bit tucked away and off the main street, the hotel offers spacious rooms equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff is exceptionally friendly and welcoming, adding a personal touch to the experience. While the location might seem a little secluded, transportation to busier parts of town and popular tourist spots is easily accessible. One of the standout features is the stunning view of the river—truly a sight to wake up to. Additionally, there’s an excellent seafood restaurant conveniently located next door, making dining a delight. We would stay here again, it is a little out of the way from everything, and you have to always take a taxi. The hotel staff were excellent and most spoke English. A great breakfast buffet was included in our room fee.

Inte så bra som på bilderna.

Jag tycker inte att hotellet förtjänar att bli klassat som fyrstjärnigt, det är ganska förfallet och med gammal modigt utrustning, dessutom fick man lämna en depositionsavgift som jag aldrig har behövt göra i Thailand. Priset var dessutom högt för standarden.
