Stayed here while on a group trip. The area was convenient and had lots of places around to walk to. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Making me feel safe and taken care of. The property delivered a comfortable stay with some clear highlights. The staff were polite and welcoming, and we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a suite, which we genuinely appreciated. The location is also a plus, being within walking distance of Asiatique made our evening out very convenient. That said, while the suite was spacious, it was quite dated, with noticeable wear and tear throughout. Overall, a solid stay thanks to the service and location, but the rooms could benefit from a refresh.

Our room was clean, comfortable and the staff was wonderful! The lead concierge was fantastic! She was incredibly helpful, kind and attentive. We loved the location and had a view of the pool and the river. The pool was perfection. The restaurant and breakfast buffet were delicious and so much variety. The convenience of the hotel ferry to the hop on hop off boat at the pier was also beneficial and we used it often. Nighttime on the river was beautiful. We will definitely stay here again!
