I stayed one night then checked out early and stayed somewhere else. Stains on the sheets, ants in the room including in the bed, mold in the bathroom so I did not feel comfortable taking my shoes off….. just dirty. I wouldn’t book here if you can avoid it.

it was an excellent stay at Reno Hotel. The staff are helpful and the hotel is not only very clean but smells great as well. the location is the best as you can easily access the BTS and is a short walk to MBK Center.

Great to be back staying in the Reno after 20 years away! The hotel has been given a lovely upgrade but nice still to be able to use the swimming pool at any time.

It's close to the station, and there are shopping malls and convenience stores nearby, so you don't have to worry. The room felt clean and spacious. I was able to spend it comfortably. Thank you. I want to stay again.
