Everything about it is great!! already give the information to my coworkers that will go to Thailand. We will come back to this Hotel Id travel many countries and by far this have the nicest staff. This is an excellent hotel from the moment you step in the front door and have your heavy bags ushered away. The customer service is better than anywhere I have been - you don't get this quality in the UK, especially for the price you have to pay. We were only there for one night and wish we could have stayed longer.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Pranakorn Heritage Hotel in Bangkok. Great value for money for a 4 star hotel when I booked. It’s a new build, so clean and modern. The staff were exceptional. I would stay here again.

It was great to stay at Pranakorn Heritage. They welcomed me warmly with a traditional drink and sweets. The whole staff is very friendly and helpful. The gym is small but for me it was decent. The pool was clean and nice to relaxe during the afternoon. The whole hotel is very clean! The breakfast starts early until 10:30 am. It was delicious especially the fresh makes omelett. The only small negative detail ist that the location is a bit away from the center to the must see places. 100 meters away from the hotel is an 7eleven store. Overall it was a great stay and I can warmly recommend the hotel.

My kids and I stayed here for a week! The place was spotless, the beds comfortable and clean! The breakfast was amazing with so many options. But best of all was the staff. Everyone there was so helpful and kind. They can book excursions for you, offer advice, call you a cab or tuk tuk. As a first timer in in a foreign country with kids, they helped me so much with where to go and what to see, how to get there, what to be careful of in the city…we will go back to Bangkok literally just to stay here!

Booked a deluxe room. We're very satisfied with the value and room cleanliness. The facility has kids room where our kids spent most of their time and the pool. The hotel has just opened so it's understandable to me with certain areas still under development. We look forward to staying with them again.

This hotel is brand new and as such, is very clean. The pool area is a great oasis from hit city life in Bangkok. The beds were comfy and ac worked great. Get a room facing inside, as traffic noise may be an issue if room is facing street. There is a laundry, 7-11 and coffee shops all in easy walking distance. You are not ‘downtown’ in this area but close to the ferry (10-15 min walk), which can get you to IconSiam. Great, friendly staff and good, consistent breakfast. Great for the price! Very comfortable.
