Staff is very friendly and go out of their way to accommodate you. Breakfast buffet has ample options and they make delicious eggs. Like that there is a washer/dryer combo in each room. Comfortable rooms. Nice pool area. I stayed there on my travels 3 years in a row.

In a good position for nightlife but far enough away to be quiet. The one bedroom apartment contained a small kitchen and washing machine, separate lounge. It was great for our last few days in Thailand. Pool was welcomed to cool down. I had an initial check in problem, the room assigned had not been cleaned, a rather long delay to be moved to another room. Apart from that I would recommend staying.

Our suite was large, spacious and clean. Reception staff and restaurant staff were very courteous and helpful. The breakfast was excellent for westerners as well as for locals. The swimming pool is beautiful. The hotel location is close to good shopping and to skytrain. We have stayed here before and will again.
