I don’t have any complaints. The hotel was fine and I wouldn’t lower the stars because it is located in an alleyway. The staff was pretty helpful. Given English is their second language. The rooftop was kind of cool but small. They should open their bar a little sooner and their breakfast was a little expensive but overall, it was a good place to stay.

For the price point, I thought it would have been a bit nicer. Larger room, better hotel entry experience, full international TV channel selection (perhaps i didn't understand how to access those channels, but it had YouTube). This is the boutique hotel in this party oriented neighborhood. I like that it is on a side street of a side street. Quiet, yet very convenient to clubs, shopping mall, and a by the kilo wash and fold store. In the future, I'd weigh the alternatives that are lesser experience but lesser price: Ibis, Holiday Inn Express, The Quarter.

Hotel is near BTS & subway so very convenient. Lots of street food and also small cafes & restaurants at the nearby mall. Also nail salons & massage shops. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Unfortunately the air in the room is very stale & musty. We had to get housekeeping to unlock the big sliding window to air the room for ventilation. Informed the hotel but the only thing they did was to unlock the window. We did not ask for a change of room over our 3 nights stay as we noticed that the air in the corridors were just as musty and the air was fine after we left the window open. Its just that the aircon compressor is just outside the window so it can get a little noisy with the window open.

This hotel felt very nice. Air Conditioning was great. The room and bathroom had a very nice feel to it. The staff were amazing and went out of their way to try and solve a problem I had with my foreign Eftpos Card. They even helped me install a local app so I could use taxis. Just amazing. There was also a pool on the roof I did not notice until the last day. The view is rather nice too. I'd definitely stay here again, although I would say it is more suited to couples than singles like myself. Only qualm is the place is a bit dark. If some extra natural light can be channelled into the rooms it would make it much nicer.

First time at Passa Hotel. Loved the decor - the Chinese porcelain stools at the reception are superb although maybe not practical for a reception check in desk especially when travellers are coming from far and tired. I felt I might slip off. Also not disability friendly. Rooms are a bit small and could not get the AC temperature right. Also shower temperature could be warmer. All that said - good value for money and lovely welcoming staff.
