Reception staff always greeting and smiling. K Brian checked us in and prepared the room and information quickly. The concierge guys Oui, Brian and Paen very helpful with luggage and informations. First day at the pool bar the bar lady Ai was very attentive, when finishing our drinks she was asking if we were ready for another. Unfortunately we didn’t see her the next few days. Generally very pleasant stay.
