We had a lovely stay. The staff were all very nice and courteous! The rooms were clean and comfortable with all the necessary conveniences. We used the pool once and had a great experience with the pool side drink service. A bonus is that the hotel is very close to the BTS train station, Terminal 21 Mall, and many amazing restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel and will be staying here again when I return to Bangkok. Thank you for an amazing experience, Paradox!

The staff is great! Very friendly and accommodating. Location is perfect. Close to the mall (Terminal 21), the BTS and MRT. The facilities are clean and well kept. The pool is a bit small but the still provides great views and serves as a nice lounge area. I also love the red strip... I'm a sucker for accent pieces! The gym could use more free weights in my opinion but it get's the job done. Overall, we loved our stay hear and would be happy to recommend it to anyone who asks!

Pretty nice room and comfort bedding , even I experienced an very ridiculous issue which they were switched from Marriott to pandox from the dates I booked to the date I checked in , they couldn’t find my booking since the hotel is no longer Marriott.
