Only stayed for one night but was very nice. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, there were free bottles of waters and refreshments available 24 hours which was a bonus. The breakfast was really good, instead of the usual buffet it was cooked to order from a menu. Conveniently located, 10 minute walk to the closest BTS station and also the pier for the ferries is right next to the station as well.

When I travel for business I normally stay at ‘flash’ hotels .. after all .. it a business expense right ?! But financial circumstances meant I needed to find somewhere less expensive. I wanted to stay in the same area and using the Expedia map I found this place. I was hopeful.. the pics looked good. Anyway .. it exceeded all my expectations ! On arrival the reception staff were amazing. My room was exactly the same as the photo. I was staying 9 nights so they put me in a room facing the back of the hotel that was quieter than overlooking the road. The room layout was excellent and cleverly done. The aircon was great and I had to regularly turn it down. It was in an area I already knew with access to great shops that I needed and fabulous restaurants, cafes and a brilliant cocktail bar. I had a few parcels sent to the hotel by Grab transport and they were all kept at reception until my return.

Clean lovely boutique hotel that’s value for the money. Things that went well: Checkin was fast and efficient. Room was clean. Shower and water pressures were good. Shower drained well. AC, plumbing, Wifi all worked well. Elevator was fairly quick. Things that could be improved upon: Bed is a little bit harder than most. Could not get really hot water from the shower, even with only the hot tap turned on to the max.

The hotel is in a great location for Jurassic Park and Icon Siam. Lumpini park is only 2km away walkers or runners. If you like silver, there are a lot dispensaries in this area. The only thing the hotel needs to look at is, when you have a shower. The water goes into the area of the toilet and can be slippery and potentially dangerous for a fall. Everything else was great, quiet, food, options for the area. We would stay again for sure.

Good value and location.

Great location, extremely clean, wonderful breakfast was included in our rate. Easy ferry to Icomsiam mall. Only issue is the wifi totally sucks and goes down often.

Perfect location

The hotel is a small hotel with a perfect location. Room are very nice, it’s clean and it's a nice cafe in the reception. The price is cheap and I will for sure go back again whenever I go to Bangkok.

The hotel room was very comfortable with strong aircon. The traffic was a bit loud but fine overnight. I liked the French style cafe downstairs. I enjoyed my stay.
