After a couple of bad experiences with other Bangkok hotels, it was such a pleasure to check-in to the Novotel for my last few days in the city. The property is clean, the staff are friendly, and the rooms are simple but comfortable. Thank you for a great stay!

Very good value for money. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. Good location but beware traffic in this general area isn’t the best but we had a good time and left enough time to get to where we needed to with taxis
