I stayed here for two days because I have a concert and thunderdome. Very convenient hotel because they have a bridge that connects the hotel to the concert venue which was awesome. Very nice staff, clean facilities, and the breakfast buffet is nice also.

Novotel was exactly what I was looking for! It was so convenient to travel to the Impact Arena with the connecting bridge, so many places to eat nearby, and I had such a comfortable stay. The breakfast bar had great offerings with fresh fruit, pastries, and coffees. There is also a factory outlet mall within walking distance. I had a lovely stay at Novotel and the staff was so helpful.

Nice stay with excellent service

Reception was very courteous and warm. When I request for a late checkout, response was an immediate YES. When i left lobby to board taxi for airport, duty manager came out of her counter to say goodbye. Super good experience with the warm hospitality of staff. A very pleasant hotel stay!

Great hotel accessible to Impact Convention Centre

I checked in Room 723 on 26 October 2022. I was very thankful for the generosity of the front office lady who checked me in, offering a 2.00pm late check-out without me requesting. Great location if you accessing IMPACT Convention and Exhibition Centre. Overall stay was great, except I think there could be more selection in the buffet breakfast spread.

I went here for concert at Impact Arena. The hotel is only walking distance to the concert place so it is very convenient for me.
