NOVOTEL is I thought that one of the good hotel in all over the world but the one I stayed is very bad , especially all the fanitures are so old , room is dirty, bath tab so small and smell bad . Spent $110 is too expensive. Worst experience

The staff were excellent and room comfortable. We were disappointed with pool and outside facilities as looked dirty and unused. Breakfast was not as fresh or as much variety as other novotels we have been to but again.the staff were excellent . When we needed to use the shuttle it was very easy to coordinate and enjoyed the fresh bakery items.available for purchase. Thanks.novotel

Must Try Harder

Staff are friendly enough but yhe hotel is dreadfully tired. Rooms are dated and in need of some serious attention, food was at best average and the prices a bit steep for what you are getting.

The most appealing thing about your hotel is the staff before arriving at your hotel i had all my money and cards stolen in Amman Jordan when the staff at the hotel became aware of my situation the staff couldnt have been more helpfull from the manager to the porter out the front of the hotel .Especially Salfee the porter who delivered me to the shopping centre to collect emergency money from Western Union upon leaving his vechile he gave me some cash which i didnt think i would need however i could not find the bank and had to get a taxi back to the hotel with Salfees money the next day he came on his day off with his wife and child and took me in his own car to the shopping centre to find the bank even he had trouble finding it so by myself i didnt have a hope of finding the bank others who helped me were the girl at recption who spoke very good English the man in charge of the dining room who gave me a free meal when i still had no money and of course the manager so you can see why i can not speak highly enough of the staff at the hotel i have paid backSalfee the money he lent me with interest and told him he must learn english and he will go a long way with the attitude towards his work and customers he has thanks for everthing Kenneth Ballantyne

Upon arriving and checking in. We didn't get the warm and welcoming at 5pm. When we checked in the room, it was not as describe in photos. Really updated furniture. We than, we out for dinner and go restaurants were far from hotel. not walking distance. Upon returning to hotel room, we used the toilet in the master bathroom. It didn't want to flush and the water in the toilet ran all night. The next day, I wanted to take a bath and the tub was so dirty and had so much mold. She I called to the front desk around 10am and let her know.She was not help, I wanted to see if she can move me to a different Novotel hotel. She mentioned she couldn't help me since I booked throug Expedia and I need to contact them. Long story short. I didn't to check out the room earlier as when the management returned my, since they heard from Expedia. Her comment was why didn;t I call last night about the toilet so we can fix it. I told her, by the time we came back from dinnder it was late like 11pm and I thought it could wait until the next morning. The fact she would talk to a customer this way, I knew I was not going to complete by stay. My experience at this location was bad: (
