This place was a great choice for our family trip. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet at night, so we all slept well. Everything was simple and easy, and we didn’t have any problems during our stay. It felt like a place that is cared for, not just a room to rent out. The price was reasonable and fair for what you get. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

The staff is nice, the price is low, the location is good. But not suitable for families as there are many erotic massage parlors next to the hotel. The hotel room photos and the reality are very different. Only body towels provided.

Wonderful hotel

The room was perfect to hold my family comfortably and everyone appreciated the amenities. It’s not in a super family friendly section of the town but if you can get past that aspect it’s a fantastic place to stay on a budget.

The space was huge! Front desk was awesome. She doesn’t speak much english but we understood each other. The place smelled like mil dew and the bedsheets felt moist. A lot of food vendors on the street and a lot of girls. Overall, was a quiet place. Never heard our neighbors.

The hotel itself was clean and stylish, but the neighbours did not look much like that. The narrow alley to lead to the hotel entrance was under reconstruction and it was difficult to carry my suitcase. Young people were very much fond of the snooker's pool in the hotel room, so that they could play it when we had heavy rains.

This place is okay. Not good, not bad and had some maintenance problems while I was there. We had the #23 Apartment which consisted of 4 rooms. Each room a some issues. One room had the AC go out halfway into the trip. One room had very little water pressure at the sink. One room had drainage issue in the shower. One room a weak toilet. This place has a cool living room with what seems to be a kitchen space with an island. however, there was no sink or water access in this area. It was very inconvenient because this is the area where you would eat and need some water to wash your hands. Instead, you need to run upstairs. Apartment #23 is 3 stories high. Perhaps the thing that irritated me the most is the towel service. They only change towels every 3 days. Bangkok is very hot, so often times you need more than one shower a day if you are out and about. The towel may not dry all the way. When we asked for more towels, staff say they can only change towels every 3 days. Staff is okay. Not mean, not great. Place looks better in picture for sure. Area is good. Convenient to subway, restaurants. Place feels safe.

Do NOT stay here if you have a family. The property is SURROUNDED by scantily clad girls offering erotic massages and parlors surrounding the property. It is embarrassing and disgusting.
