We enjoyed our 3 night stay at this central ā€œhometelā€ to the max! The rooftop offered great views and staff was very helpful even though we had an unexpectedly late check-in. The room was spotless and well-appointed. The coffee shop downstairs serves some of the best drinks in the neighborhood. Canā€™t wait to come back!

This was a great place to stay. Oasis feeling and enabled us to have a great time in a great city. Despite being surrounded by the hustle and bustle, this unique and tranquil home made us at-ease. If we return to Bangkok we will absolutely stay here again.

Such a unique and wonderful property. Location is good for exploring the temples etc. We stayed in the Jita room which was lovely. Only downside is not having the ability to jump in a pool in the afternoon of a super hot day in Bangkok, but loved our stay here. Lovely little coffee shop under the entrance too which was a bonus.

Absolutely amazing room, with everything we couldā€™ve wanted and close to everything! But what really made our trip special was the staff especially Lin. He was so kind so helpful and made us right at home from the moment we arrived. I will only stay here anytime Iā€™m in Bangkok!

A really beautiful hotel, a sea of calm in a busy area of Bangkok. The staff are so helpful and super friendly. They are always available on WhatsApp. The roof terrace is amazing for watching the sunset. All the amenities you could need and the rooms are so comfortable and spotless. Wish we could have stayed longer!

The place was stunning! We loved that we could basically walk everywhere we wanted to go. We were amazed by how clean the place was. It was even prettier than the photos. The staff was welcoming and super helpful. We will most definitely stay here next time we come to Bangkok. This place is amazing

Wonderful family owned property - the rooms are super clean and spacious, and the beds are super comfortable and firm. Owner and staff are so nice and friendly. Great restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance including the best mango sticky rice (k panich), and a cute coffee shop right downstairs. I love that they provide filtered water in reusable glass bottles to reduce plastics waste - especially after seeing all the plastic water bottles in the Chao Phraya river. They are doing a wonderful job with the hotel and I would 10/10 stay here again.

One of my very favorite stays!

One of the coolest places Iā€™ve stayed! I cannot overstate how cool this ā€œhometelā€ is in the middle of ā€œold bangkokā€. This is probably one of my favorite stays Iā€™ve ever had traveling. The room was spectacular and the service was incredible. The only thing to note is that the larger of the two rooms faces the street and can get loud in the early morning. If you are okay with ambient road noise itā€™s not an issue.

Hidden gem in the Old Town neighborhood. Exceptional service, exceptionally beautiful rooms, coffee shop in the basement serves the best coffee you may ever try, and for $3 you can have a plate of crab fried rice from a street vendor next door. Walking distance to some of the best mango sticky rice and phad thai in the city, and for those waking up early the neighborhood morning market is already bustling at 5am.

The property is a wonderful boutique hotel with 4 rooms. Our room was impeccable. The staff was very warming and very helpful with any and all situations. The location is within walking distance to the emerald buddha, reclining buddha, and a few other must-sees. The property owner also sent a number of recommendations. Would definitely stay here again when I return to Bangkok. P.S. the best mango sticky rice in the world is 200m away (K. Panich).

This boutique hotel is a beautiful little bolt hole in the middle of Bangkok, only having 4 rooms make the service truly unique. The WhatsApp chat given on arrival was a real bonus when it comes to finding lesser known gems around the city. You simply would not be disappointed with a stay here!
