The architecture of the building is beautiful. They use different styles in different sections, which makes it interesting. The place has so many wonderful nooks and crannies that you can hang out in, very thoughtful. Not only are there the rooms but the atriums, the workout area, the pool area, really nice restaurants, and in addition there's a spa. It seems like they thought of everything. They must have quite the artistic staff at headquarters to have thought of all the artwork and architecture and other beautiful things. The staff was very kind and thoughtful and attentive. We had a small problem with ants in one part of our room, but they took care of it very well.

The room was clean and spacious but the balcony doesn't have chairs or anything to sit on. I had a garden view that was beautiful with so many different song birds and plants. The pool was amazing. No hot tub but there is a section of the pool with jets set up to sit and relax. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had an amazing espresso machine. The service was impeccable. Exceptional stay! Highly recommended! We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn't be more impressed. From the moment I arrived the staff were warm and professional and incredibly helpful make us feel welcome right away. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The location is perfect, quiet and closed to shopping mall! Breakfast, there was a great variety of fresh and quality options! Everything was well presented and delicious. The overall atmosphere at this hotel was calm and enjoyable! Every staff members went above and beyond to ensure my stay was smooth and pleasant. They decorated my room for my birthday and received cake and card. I will absolutely stay here again and highly recommended this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and excellent service.
