The staff are so friendly. The hotel is a little dated but very nice and the beds are really cosy. There is a mall directly next door and also the Pier to board the river cruise boats are directly next door also.We really enjoyed our stay at Montien ❤️

Hotel staff were exceptional; very friendly. The breakfast buffet was very good. Nice river view. However, the hotel itself is in need of updating. Room vents smell like smoke despite the hotel being a no smoking property. The two restaurants, one bar and room service share the same limited menu. Hotel location is fairly isolated and is not particularly walkable though Grab is an inexpensive transportation option. Overall we would not book here again.

The hotel was outdated. Mostly staff doesn't speak English specifically in the room service. Hard for me to order food since i have food restrictions. But the girl who taking care of my room shes amazing. She kept my room nice and tidy for 12 nights. I have a beautiful looking bridge . The hotel is close to Terminal 21 mall. The water in the pool is cold i didn't use it. I still recommend it 👌
