I can not recommend this hotel any higher, staff are amazing.. lovely clean hotel, breakfast is really good and I'm a vegetarian, pool is clean, everything is within walking distance and the BTS is very easy to walk to

The staff was very warm and helpful. Though the location is from some small bylanes and a bit inside, although 10 min to BTS. Breakfast menu was not great with very little or no selection.

Away from the centre, though still has it all

Samut is several stops on the BTS form the city, so its great to be away from the centre. The area as good shopping and food options. Rooms are modern, spacious and quiet. Breakfast is basic. Pool is small though good to ctach some sun and cool off for an hour of so

Good Hotel in calm neighborhood

Nice hotel and very friendly staff :) It's a bit away from the action of Sukhumvit road , in a calm neighborhood. Clean room / bathroom, comfortable bed and brand new TV Only thing with room for improvement: The air conditioning was directly over the bed and a bit oversized in our room, which made it quite noisy at night

Loved the large size of room, seating areas. Very clean. Convenient buffet breakfast for 160 baht, daily free shuttle to BTS station. Very pretty little pool. Only thing not wonderful was firmness of bed, but large soft pillows made up for that. Staff were very helpful. Really a gem of a place imo.

A Little Oasis outside of Bangkok

Marigold Sukhumvit is a great stay in the more local part of Bangkok, Bang Na. It was situated close to a mall and the Sukhumvit rd which was full of small shops and food stands. The hotel itself was modern, clean and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool is a little small, but good enough. For us it was the perfect 5 day stay to end our Thailand trip. I would not recommend this for someone looking to be in central Bangkok, as it is easy to find hotels (though not as nice/more expensive) closer to the center. However, if you are looking for a place to relax, eat good food and have a more local experience, this is great place to stay. It is a 25 minute /250 baht taxi trip from down town, so it is easy to explore the city for a day.

Door to the balcony was warped and wouldn't close. I was on the top floor so I didn't worry about security, but it's unforgivable shape for a hotel. Bathroom faucet was very loose; had to hold the base in place to operate it. Telephone didn't work in the room. I wanted to use it to contact the front desk. They said they'd send someone up to fix it. After half an hour I went back downstairs to ask when the maintenance people said they'd come. The receptionist hadn't asked a time. I had other questions for the front desk and had to schlep down to the lobby each time. Finally someone fixed the telephone. After that the phone would ring but the front desk would not answer. There is little or nothing within walking distance of the hotel.

Definitely off the beaten path, but a short walk to Sukhumvit Road. Street food and a large mall a short distance away. Friendly and polite staff. Pool and gym. Very clean room. I would stay again when in the area.

Excellent value for money and good location for what we wanted. I wouldn't go there for the swimming pool or as a base to explore Bangkok but if you are visiting somewhere in the area then it's great for the price

This hotel was a nightmare. The location is absolutely terrible . The hotel is located in a back allley somewhere. It is far from EVEYTHING. The room was very small and had a terrible suage smell that was so potent and unbearable. The bed was as hard as a side walk. I checked right out within an hour it was that bad. I Lost my 2 night stay I paid for but there was absolutely no way I could sleep in that hotel and feel comfortable. My sanity comes first Dont let the price convince you to stay here you will regret it. Total nightmare.
