The hotel is not well maintained or equipped, staff are not very helpful, at check in demanded deposit payment in cash no card option, the only thing good about the room was a comfortable bed, restaurant was a complete disaster, worst food I’ve ever had in Thailand. Never again at this hotel.

室内に蚊が飛び回り、寝ていた私を数か所刺した。かゆくてたまらず、フロントに連絡したが、スタッフの機嫌が悪かった。殺虫スプレーを部屋まで持って来てくれたが、薬はくれなかった。コンビニで蚊に刺された時の薬を買った。刺された所に塗ってかゆみが治まった。 ホテル内の事なので、ホテルに薬を置いてほしい。
