Staff was very helpful, they attended to all my needs. Staff cleaned my room on the daily. Room was nice, had an microwave and fridge which always a plus. The bed was not comfy, it was on the hard side, it was like sleeping on a log. It was quiet, could not hear anything outside and it's in a central location so everything is close by. Amenities, I did not check out the pool unfortunately but the there. You are better off just going there if you want a spa treatment, the prices around town is pretty muvh the sameon sight spa was great I did got

It was a very reasonably priced hotel. Great location. Staff at the front desk were a bit discriminative. Cleaning staff were very nice. There was a horrible smell that come out of the shower and toilet at night that was nauseating.

Great hotel. Great location, very close to an MRT station, it's also in the pick-up area for most of the tour companies. The service was very good. Even though my reservation didn't have breakfast included, I recommend that you get it; the breakfast is worth it.
