Good sleeping area and friendly staff

Good place to meet people, comfy rooms, excellent food options for breakfast. It's pretty tucked away from the noise of Bangkok and the markets, but close enough to the MRT and restaurants. I didn't like the bathrooms, which have very little privacy imo. A lot of people there live in Bangkok part time so many are locals just going about their day. Bed space is comfy and sturdy.

The ONLY thing that marred my stay here was the attitudes of the day managers. After having checked out a day early, which was a mistake, I returned having missed my flight home the next day. I was graciously allowed to stay until I left at 6pm for my rebooked flight. I had been suffering symptoms of heatstroke and had broken out in hives. I asked if I could sit in the air conditioned room of my friend so I could cool my body down ( I had already taken cool shower, it wasn't enough). The day managers told me to walk to the mall. This was at around 4pm, the height of heat. And the sass with the delivery, I was incredulous. So i just sat in the lobby until I cooled down enough. Had it been worse, I dont wish to imagine Throughout my stay the female presenting day manager had not one smile, no hosting skills at all. Horrible attitude for persons working in customers service. Or maybe my money weren't green enough because people that visited who presented as affluent certainly received different treatment. The other card, I really dont wanna play, however.... If youre going to book and stay here be sure to put your name on your food! Other itmes left out on table, inform cleaning crew not to throw them away otherwise dont leave anything you want to keep just laying around. Ladies the best shower is the first one in the female side. It's settings are GREAT! The cleaning crew were FABULOUS! Would I stay here again, without a doubt. My expectations have been managed. .

This place makes me feel like home away from home.The owner and all the staff are very helpful.The room I stayed was a 6-bed mixed dorm. That night I was so lucky that all the other guests had checked out before I arrived so I was the only one in that room !!! All the facilities and amenities are super clean and brand new. BTS sky train and Airport Rail Link are in walking distance. Those who want to try street food. Just 300 metres away you will enjoy street food bonanza and a morning local market.I will definitely recommend this place to stay for your next holiday in Bankok. I know I'll be back. What about you?

The walk from BTS station to the hostel was an exotic experience. It is located in an very local and energetic neighbourhood. The layout of the hostel is fantastic and relaxing which makes you feel like staying at home. The staffs were very willing to help, too. I'll miss the space and the breakfast here.

This hotel is run by caring and attentive people. It is spotless all the time. The typical Thai breakfast is delicious and you can still get European breakfast in addition. The room equipment is very good (air conditioning, fridge, comfortable lights, many plugs, WiFi). Also the hostel has a couple of very fancy elements: a hanging chill net, a guitar, cats, and comfortable sofas. We were given a breakfast to go upon departure at 4 am. The location is quiet although being just beside a market. It takes around 40 min to the centre with public transport or 90 min on foot. We'll definitely come back!

New and underrated

Brand new hostel that they said was opened just 3 months prior (nov 2018) that was fantastic. Down a dark alley, but walking distance to paya thai station and not too far from jim thompson house. Lots of street food and some good restaurants nearby. But the hostel was very very nice. Clean, modern, amazing congee breakfast that I ordered the night before. I did the 4 mixed dorm and it reminded me of the nicer capsule hotels in tokyo.
