The hotel does not have an elevator on the first floor. But the staff are so helpful, kind and proactive, they are always ready to assist you with your needs. The hotel is a perfect location for shopping, street food eating and malling. It only takes 5 minutes walk to the train station, especially in going back to the airport. It is next to the massage area, and I could not complain. The room is clean, with high water pressure, airconditioning and water heater. Perfect place!

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. During my stay, I unfortunately lost my room key card—something that can happen to anyone. Instead of showing any understanding or basic customer service, the hotel charged me for a replacement card. What’s frustrating is that a simple plastic key card likely costs them very little, yet they chose to pass that cost onto a guest without any flexibility or goodwill. It felt petty and left a negative impression. Good hospitality is about taking care of guests, especially in small situations like this. Unfortunately, this experience made me feel more like a transaction than a valued customer. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if this is how they treat their guests over minor issues.

Great hotel. Great staff. Very friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Excellent room with nice balcony and view. Perfect location within easy walk to Boyoike and Main Central, huge Big C. The front desk staff here was great and nice. The rooms were clean and refreshing. The food was super delicious in the restaurant, I think the Chef is well trained. Highly recommend this hotel.
