Very Run down hotel

Do not stay here..the property is extremely run down with no services. Don t get the breakfast, as it ll just go in the bin. I have stayed here 9 times pre covid, last stay was marginal, but latest stay is a definite waste of time...go elsewhere.

Like: 1. Venue. Right at centre of Pratunam, within walking distance of Pratunam market, CentralWorld and Big C. 2. Room is clean and spacious. 3. Housekeeping staff is positive and courteous. Dislikes: 1. Premise photos not representing the current conditions. General areas are dimly lit, such as the ground floor entrance, reception and room corridor. Gym, pool and breakfast cafe no longer available. 2. Aircon leaking in one of booked rooms. 3. Administrative coordination between 3rd party online booking website and hotel reservation and reception staff. The staff was unable to find the 2nd room reservation, hence unable to arange for rooms to be adjacent to each other, even when prior email was sent to request for the arrangement. Upon reaching hotel, the reception staff was also unable to find the 2nd room reservation initially and took a subtantial time to finally confirm the reservation. 4. No slippers provided. In conclusion, the hotel is probably not up to its previous grandeur as what the photos suggested.

The area around the property was very busy with a ton of traffic. If you stay at Indra Regent Hotel give yourself extra time for travel. The hotel staff was super helpful. I would stay there again.

room is OK as reasonable. lift is available only from the second floor, it's tough for heavy luggage. restaurant does not work for breakfast. room charge is not expensive compare to others. do not expect hotel limo, I could not find ant driver for the booked limo at the airport.

Séjour un peu moyen car le quartier est assez bruyant (dans le Little India de Bkk). Si vous cherchez la nourriture indienne en Thaïlande, ce serait peut-être parfait pour vous. Un point étonnant, la réception est au 4e étage et pas dans le hall (soit-dit en passant, hôtel très sombre dans les lieux communs). Lacking Luxury

First room offered had been converted into a staff room, sleeping facilities for maid services. It was a delay and at one point I didn't think we were going to get our room. Eventually we were given a good room but some things were missing like a face cloth in the bathroom and toothbrush. I was expecting a little more luxury but the price and location is excellent, not far from Central World.
