Pool is very nice and good location. The air conditioning is loud and didn’t work when I first got there and had to get repaired again during my stay. Beds are very hard and hot water not always available.

The location and price was perfect for my visit. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were wonderful. The rooftop pool was an amazing relief and the breakfast buffet was exquisite. The only negative for me really was that my card key for for my room failed several times over my stay requiring the hotel to have to get the engineers to help getting me into my room. It was only a minor issue but quite frustrating. I would stay here again though.

My favorite little hotel in Bangkok. Rest service wonderful staff great rooftop pool. You can’t beat that anywhere.

A short distance to all the amenities a tourist may be looking for. The rooms are comfortable, clean and spacious. The staff is friendly and a call away 24 hours a day when you need them.

Hmmm….think twice

Thankfully, location and accessibility can’t be diminished by the condition of the hotel. Always something broken or breaking at this place. Couldn’t access the elevator lobby without security for three days (card key issues) and, apparently, they’ve gone to a every third day cleaning schedule. They’ve never gotten their water issue fixed so, if you like anything other than cold or lukewarm showers, this is not the hotel for you. Oh yeah, and if you choose the ‘pay at hotel’ option , exii of etc your card to be charged days BEFORE you arrive.

Would NOT recommend

Internet is too slow for modern day uses and is unstable on top of slowness. Shelves in rooms extremely dusty. Almost everything in room broken ( shower shelf, shower head, desk lighting, safe, hot water heater). Requested room change after first night because internet would not connect. Was told I could but had to check out of room and wait until 2pm for new room. Second room had almost identical issues. Didn’t bother to address with staff because it is clear this is a property that was nice in the beginning but it shows what happens when you don’t invest in maintenance and upkeep on a property. They clearly are there just to receive as much money as possible and reinvesting very little. The one good aspect is the BTS Chong Nonsi is directly in front of the hotel.
