Water in the swimming pool was a little cold. Otherwise it is nice small clean Hotel with breakfast included. This Hotel is close to Ferry and BTS which really helped with exploring Bangkok on my own.

The AC is SO cold. Loved it. Hot water comes out nearly instantly. If you can brave the pedestrian ways, it's a good location. But it's easy to get a taxi.
